Whether it's a few changes to one of our designs, such as a size adjustment or a colour change, or a completely different design that you have dreamed up, we are here and very happy to help. We will bring you along every step of the way, ensuring that your piece is exactly as you envision.

Initial discussion

The first step to bringing your design to life is to book a call with us to discuss your ideas. Please send an email to and let us know what date and time would suite you for a discussion. In addition to this, if you have any drawings, inspiration boards or specific measurements, it would be great if you could send these over to us prior to this initial discussion.

The design process

Once we have established the general feel of the design, we will be able to provide a quote and will ask for a 50% deposit if you would like production to begin. We will produce sketches of your design, and depending on the request, there may be several options to choose from to make sure your bespoke item is loved by you and built to last. Once the design is finalised, we will be able to provide a timeframe, which can be adapted to suit your requirements, but which may come at an extra cost.


We will give you regular photo updates on the process of your item, and will occasionally send videos too. As we work directly with our artisans we are also able to send videos of your item being made, whether it's being woven, wrapped or painted. We understand that sometimes seeing something in person may look slightly different to how you envision, so we will work closely with you throughout the production process to ensure it is 100% perfect. Once complete, we will send your item with your chosen delivery method and will keep you updated on delivery times.
