We deliver within the UK, using Royal Mail, ParcelForce and UPS. The delivery service used will depend on your location and/or your order size and weight.
For orders placed outside the UK, the delivery partner used will depend on the location. If you would like more information please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will arrive within 3-5 working days. You will be notified once your order has been sent, with the shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please note, if you order multiple items and one of the items is on Backorder, we will ship your whole order together once everything is in stock (in 3-5 weeks). If you would like an item urgently, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been placed, you will only be able to make changes up until it has been dispatched. To do this, send an email to email@example.com with your order number and any changes you would like to make.
If your item is under "Backorder", you will be notified with an estimated arrival time (usually within 6-8 weeks), and will be notified again once your order has been sent, along with the shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Delayed or Missing
We do our best to ensure that your item(s) arrives within the 3-5 working day delivery time, however, sometimes (but very rarely) things out of our control can happen, such as delayed delivery times and/or missing packages. If you still haven't received your item after 10 working days, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to fix it.
There is no set delivery cost, as it depends on the size and weight of each item, as well as delivery location. To find out the exact price, you will need to add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout.
We currently offer free shipping for all mainland UK orders over £100. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
