How do you pronounce Hastshilp and what does it mean?

Hastshilp is a Hindi word that means hand (hast) - craft (shilp), and it is pronounced “hast-sh-ilp”. We feel this name fits our company perfectly. You can find out more about us and Our Story here.

My item is on backorder, how long will it take to arrive?

All items on backorder will be made for you by our artisans in India and will normally take between 4-6 weeks to arrive with us in the UK. Please note, if you order multiple items and one of the items is on Backorder, we will ship your whole order together once everything is in stock. The item isn't quite right for me and my home, am I able to return it?

As long as the item is still in the same condition and packaging as it was when you received it, then yes you are able to return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please see full returns terms and conditions on our Returns Page.

My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?
