Orders
All items on backorder will be made for you by our artisans in India and will normally take between 4-6 weeks to arrive with us in the UK. Please note, if you order multiple items and one of the items is on Backorder, we will ship your whole order together once everything is in stock. If you would like an item urgently, please send us an email athello@hastshilp.co.uk.
You can always find the estimated lead time of an item in pre-order written on its product page. Please keep in mind that as soon as the item becomes available it will be shipped to you within 24 hours. If you have any further questions please send us an email. hello@hastshilp.co.uk
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. If you believe you have placed an order but not received a confirmation, please contact: hello@hastshilp.co.uk
Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information.
If you didn’t receive your entire order, it may have been sent in several parcel. Allow up to 3 days after placing your order and if you have still not receive your full order, please contact: hello@hastshilp.co.uk
If you would like to change/cancel your order, email us at hello@hastshilp.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Please note we can only cancel/change orders that have not been dispatched yet. If your order is already on its way to you, you will need to follow the returns process detailed on returns page.

We always send an order confirmation email so please make sure to also check your spam folder. If you still have not received order confirmation, please contact hello@hastshilp.co.uk
Shipping
We aim to despatched all orders within 1-2 days from our UK warehouse. For international orders shipping takes 5-10 days depending on delivery location. Please visit our delivery page for more info.
Orders can take 1-2 days to arrive anywhere in the UK and 5-8 days internationally depending on the delivery location. Please note that customs can delay the arrival of your order.
We ship all our products worldwide. If you can’t find your country at checkout please contact hello@hastshilp.co.uk. All standard UK orders are shipped with Parcelforce express services, and international orders are shipped with UPS & Fedex.
The customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes associated with the order's shipping country.
Please contact us at hello@hastshilp.co.uk if you have not received a despatched notification 3 days after placing your order.
We regularly monitor all our local and international orders once despatched. Please contact us if your order is delayed/lost in transit. hello@hastshilp.co.uk
Returns
We hope you are happy with your Hastshilp order, but we know some things don’t work out. If you would like to return your order, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to notify us on hello@hastshilp.co.uk. Read more about our returns policy on our returns policy page.
Yes, all the bespoke/custom products are non-returnable/non-refundable and should be noted as such in the order confirmation email.
If the product arrives damaged, is faulty or not as described, we will honour our returns policy and / or arrange for a refund/replacement to be sent to you at our cost. Read more about this on our returns policy page.
No, the cost and handling of the return is the responsibility of the customer, and we ask that you carefully package the products you wish to return and use a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.

To know if we received your return, we recommend you track your return shipment. As soon as we receive the parcel, its status will be updated accordingly.
If you believe your order has been returned and you haven't received a refund, please email us on hello@hastshilp.co.uk with the tracking number for your return and we will update you with the returns status.
Please note that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to show on your account. If you still haven’t received your refund past this timeframe, please hello@hastshilp.co.uk
We will only refund shipping if you order arrived damaged, with a fault or was returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, and you have chosen not to have it redelivered or receive a replacement.
If you are returning your order for any other reason, we will not refund shipping.
Please note you, the customer, are responsible for the safe return of the product to our brand partner. We are therefore not liable for any damaged or lost returns, and more information about this can be found on our returns policy page.

Yes, at Hastshilp we do make all of our products. All our products are designed by our team in the UK and ethically handcrafted by our independent artisans in India using traditional techniques.

This can vary from product to product. For most products it is 2-3 weeks for production and 1-2 weeks for air shipping from India (sea shipping 6-8 weeks).
We send regular photo/video update during production time to make sure the product is as per your expectations. We will ship bespoke products once it has been confirmed by you.
