• Original Packaging: Please return items in their original box with all internal packaging materials. This is crucial to protect them during transit.
• Timely Request: You must start your return process by contacting us within 28 days of receiving your order.

The cost and responsibility for safely returning your item(s) to us are yours. We highly recommend taking these steps:

• Securely Repackage: Please repackage your items to the same high standard you received them. If items are damaged during their return journey due to inadequate packaging, it might affect your refund eligibility.
• Insured & Tracked Service: Always use a reputable courier service that provides both tracking and full insurance for the value of your goods.

Please note: Hastshilp isn't responsible for items that are damaged or lost while they are being returned to us. You'll need to handle any claims for compensation directly with your chosen courier service.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll issue a refund for the cost of the item(s). Please remember that the original shipping cost paid on your order is non-refundable.
