Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren't the perfect fit. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.
The Artisan Promise
Before you return, please remember that our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, not mass-produced by machines. You may notice slight variations in weave, texture, or colour. We believe these imperfections are not defects, but rather the signature of the human hand that made them.
How to Return
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:
- Initiate your Return: Please email returns@hastshilp.co.uk with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return. This allows our team to prepare for your arrival.
- Complete the Form: Every order comes with a printed Returns Form included in the box. Please fill this out and include it inside your parcel.
- Pack it up: Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging (including all internal protective materials) to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
- Label & Send: Send the parcel to the address listed on your returns form.
Note: If you have lost your form, please email us at returns@hastshilp.co.uk, and we will send you a digital copy.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Hastshilp cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return journey.
- Original Shipping: Please note that the original shipping cost paid on your order is non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item has arrived damaged or you believe it is faulty, please do not post it back immediately.
Instead, please email us at returns@hastshilp.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include:
- Your Order Number
- A photo of the damage/fault
We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide you with a prepaid return label.
Exchange
Want to swap your item for something else? We'd be happy to help! Just reach out to us at returns@hastshilp.co.uk to arrange your exchange.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 working days from the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
- Method: Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
