We truly hope you adore your Hastshilp products! However, if you've changed your mind, don't worry. You're welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Within 14 Days of Delivery: You have the right to open and inspect your item as you would in a shop. If an item is returned showing signs of deliberate use beyond basic inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to cover the loss in commercial value (up to 100%).
  
• Days 15 to 30 (Extended Policy): Beyond the statutory 14-day cancellation period, we cannot accept returns on used items. Items returned between days 15 and 30 must be completely unused, in original saleable condition, and in their original packaging.
  
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, usage restrictions do not apply, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
  

 

• Standard Returns (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid return labels for standard returns. Please repackage your items securely and use a tracked, insured courier service. Hastshilp is not responsible for items lost or damaged during their return journey.
  
• Damaged or Faulty Returns: We cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. Please get in touch with our team at returns@hastshilp.co.uk before posting the item so we can arrange a shipping label or reimbursement.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund, including your original shipping costs.
